To solve these problems, it is necessary to know their usage and inspection methods.

1、 1. Check the motor rotation. The horizontal multi-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump rotates counterclockwise from the motor side. Please shorten the testing time to avoid drying and wear of the machine seals. 2. Open the exhaust valve to allow liquid to flow in, and close the exhaust valve after the water pump is filled with liquid. 3. Check for any abnormalities in various parts of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump. 4. Lubricate the end face of the mechanical seal with lubricating liquid. 5. Preheat the high-temperature horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump first, with a heating rate of 50 degrees Celsius per hour.

2、 1. Open the suction valve and close the discharge valve. 2. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running normally. 3. When adjusting the opening of the outlet valve as needed, it is necessary to ensure that the motor operates within the rated current. Otherwise, the pump will run overloaded until the motor burns out. 4. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Under normal circumstances, the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute. 5. Check the motor and ensure that the temperature of the bearing area is below 70 degrees Celsius.

3、 1. The high-temperature multi-stage pump first cools down, with a cooling rate of less than 10 degrees Celsius per minute, and the temperature drops below 80 degrees Celsius. 2. Close the discharge valve. 3. Stop the motor. 4. Close the suction valve. 5. When the water pump is not in use for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be discharged completely.
