FSB and FSB-L fluoroplastic pumps

1. Suitable for long-term transportation of any concentration of any medium acid, oxidant, and corrosive medium under the conditions of -85 ℃~200 ℃. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating Industries such as electricity and food. 

2. The overcurrent section is entirely made of fluorine alloy (various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkoxy are processed by reasonable formula) through compression molding, which has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. Its corrosion resistance parameters exceed those of IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps, F and AFB corrosion-resistant pumps, ceramic pumps, and enamel pumps. If conveying fast hard crystallization media, it is necessary to inform our factory in order to select different types of machine seals and corresponding speeds.

3.The production, manufacturing, and acceptance specifications of FSB series products strictly comply with relevant standards and regulations, and have been tested on a test bench. The record is pending investigation. Its mechanical seal is jointly manufactured by the British company Gran and China, with highly reliable performance, easy maintenance, and energy saving. It is an ideal anti-corrosion conveying equipment for building a civilized factory to prevent running, emitting, dripping, and leaking.

4. Our factory has added PVDF, UHMWPE, and RPP corrosion-resistant pumps to transport various corrosive media within the range of -20 ℃ to+90 ℃. The pump code, structure, and installation dimensions are the same as those of the fluoroplastic reinforced alloy pump. If users need to explain clearly to our factory when transporting concentrated alkali, concentrated nitric acid, concentrated hydrogen water, and related liquid agents, in order to select suitable materials.
