The ISW, ISWR, IHW, ISWY, ISWHY, ISWD.ISWRD, ISWHD, ISWYD, and ISWHYD series of horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed based on the performance parameters of the I5 and IR centrifugal pumps, with reference to the I502858 standard and optimized using excellent domestic hydraulic models. They are an ideal new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving mother pump products.
☆ Characteristics
1. Compact structure, this series of pumps is a horizontal structure, with integrated pump and machine, beautiful appearance, and less footprint. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, the footprint is reduced by 30%. If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room and it can be placed outdoors for use.
2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high concentricity of components. The motor and pump are directly connected, simplifying the intermediate structure and increasing the smoothness of operation. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, with no vibration and low noise during operation, extending the service life of the bearings and improving the operating environment.
3. The shaft seal adopts high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is resistant to damage, non-toxic, and has a long service life.
4. Adopting advanced hydraulic models, it has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.
5. The structure is unique, with a drainage hole on the lower side of the pump body and pressure tapping holes on the inlet and outlet flanges, ensuring the normal use and maintenance of the pump.
6. The inlet of this series of horizontal pumps is in a horizontal direction, and the outlet is in a vertical upward structure, which facilitates pipeline layout.
☆ Purpose
1. ISW type centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for increasing water supply in high-rise buildings for industrial and urban water supply and drainage.
Marine, garden sprinkler, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation and equipment matching. The temperature of the medium used shall not exceed 85 ℃
The ISWR bone type hot water circulation pump is suitable for energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathrooms, guesthouses, boiler hot water boosting circulation, and urban housing heating circulation. The operating temperature should not exceed 120 ℃
The ISWH type centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature is -20~105 ℃.

The ISWY type Japanese explosion-proof oil pump is suitable for transporting flammable and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, textile, chemical, and machinery, with the transported medium temperature not exceeding 120 ℃. 5. ISWD, ISWRD, ISWHD, ISVVYD, and [SWHYD type schematic low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for situations with high environmental noise requirements, especially for air conditioning system chilled water, cooling water circulation, and end pressurization.
☆ Working conditions
1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6M Yang, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6M P. (When the working pressure of the pump system is higher than 16M Yang, it should be separately specified when ordering, so that the overcurrent components and connecting components of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.)
2. The conveying medium is clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water (if the conveying medium contains small particles, they should be separately specified when ordering for the assembly of wear-resistant mechanical seals)
3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, the altitude should not exceed 1000m, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
