Wear resistant lining plate for ball mill
1. Core functions
Protect the inner wall of the ball mill cylinder, resist the impact and grinding wear of steel balls and materials, and prevent deformation and material leakage of the cylinder.
Optimize the motion trajectory of the grinding medium, improve material grinding efficiency, and reduce energy loss.
2. Mainstream materials and suitable working conditions:
Material type, hardness (HRC), adaptability to working conditions, core advantages
High manganese steel (ZGMn13) 20-25 (hardened to 45+after impact) with high impact and large diameter ball mill (rough grinding in mines), good toughness, impact resistance, and easy processing and shaping
The wear resistance of high chromium cast iron 58-65 under low impact and fine/ultrafine grinding conditions is 4-6 times that of high manganese steel
Bimetallic composite lining plate substrate 20-30/wear-resistant layer 58-62. It has both toughness and high wear resistance under heavy load and mixed impact grinding conditions, with high cost-effectiveness
Rubber lining board - wet fine grinding, anti material adhesion scene noise reduction, lightweight, anti blocking material, easy maintenance
3. Application Fields
Suitable for various types of ball mills such as grid type and overflow type in industries such as mining and mineral processing, metallurgy, cement, ceramics, electricity, and chemical engineering. The size and structure can be customized according to the diameter, speed, and grinding medium type of the mill.
4. Key selection points
Coarse grinding selects high manganese steel/bimetallic composite, fine grinding selects high chromium cast iron; Wet grinding prioritizes rubber lining (anti-corrosion).
The thickness of the lining plate needs to match the specifications of the grinding machine, usually 30-50mm for small grinding machines and 60-100mm for large grinding machines.
