1. Core function: Protect the inner wall and grinding chamber of the tower grinder, resist the impact of ore and grinding media (steel balls/steel sections)+high-frequency grinding, extend equipment life, and ensure material grinding uniformity to avoid deformation of the cylinder and material pollution.

2. Mainstream materials: The core is mainly made of high chromium alloy (high chromium cast iron, high chromium alloy steel plate), with a hardness of HRC58-65 and strong wear and impact resistance; Double metal composite materials can be selected for heavy-duty mining conditions, and rubber lining plates (noise reduction and material adhesion prevention) can be used for light load fine crushing scenarios.

3. Adaptation scenarios: Mining beneficiation (metal ore, non-metal ore grinding), metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, suitable for different types of tower grinders (single cylinder, double cylinder), customizable with irregular sizes and thickened wear-resistant layers according to needs.

4. Core advantages: The service life of high chromium material is 5-8 times that of ordinary high manganese steel, it is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for various wet/dry grinding conditions, has low maintenance frequency, and controllable comprehensive use cost.
